"Horrable! They sold a broken product. Avanti wine chiller was bought and deleivered without a problem. Once we tryed turning on the wine chiller it would not work and then noticed the bottom grate was damaged. I called 3 times and sent out an email. Not one call or email was returned. I could never get anyone on the phone. Now I am contacting the BBB!"
