"Made a purchase, and received email from shopnow123.com saying they received my payment and was sending my item out the next day. Took several months and the threat of taking legal action to get my stuff. After confirming that they had received my payment, they started denying they had received it until I gave them receipts from Canada Post saying my expresspost envelope had been delivered to their address, and my money order had been deposited into their bank account. Order was received in a heavily damaged enveloped. Was charged $12 for shipping when actual shipping cost (according to the stamp on the envelope) was just over $1. Worth it? Definately not. I suggest being VERY CAREFUL with this company."
