"This company charged me (along with, it seems, at least hundreds of other people) without any authorization from me. I haven't ordered from them in at least two years (according to my account on their site), and yet on 7/8/2008 I got a $69.99 charge, which has been disputed with AMEX. Do not do business with this company. If you ever have, continuously check your CC statements closely for their fraudulent charges."

"Terrible customer service. The item was never delivered. Customer service on the phone was not helpful. Supposedly shipped 1/11/07, supposed to be delivered by 1/16/07. Contacted seller on 1/17/07, was told to wait "a few more days." Contacted seller on 1/24/07. Was told to wait another day. Contacted seller on 1/26/07. Was told it would be reshipped via UPS and updated on the site. It's never been updated on the site and now, 2/14/07, three weeks later, it's never been received. I finally had to dispute the charges with my CC company. I guess they're a good company as long as there are no problems with the order, but if you have a problem with your order, you could be screwed. For a $15.95 item, I've already spent a couple of hours on the phone with supermediastore and my CC company. Just not worth it. EDIT FOR RESPONSE TO CURTIS: You mean you'll (supposedly) ship a third card? Because according to your CS people on the phone, you were already supposed to have shipped again, this time via UPS, on 1/26 and it was never received (as I pointed out in the 1/26 reference above). If you can't get it to me the first two times, why should I expect it get here the third time? I love the responses from Curtis here (not just to me). "Just contact us, we'll fix it." As if numerous phone calls already weren't more than enough for you to have a chance to fix the problem. I shouldn't have to call four times (on my dime, too, since it's not toll free) to get a product. You had your chance, the CC company will handle it now."
