We apologize if you felt that we mislead you in any way with your last purchase from us. On the top of our website where it advertises the "FREE SHIPPING OVER $30" we do have note below that this does include some balls and court equipment. Unfortunately your balls did not qualify for the free shipping. We advertised this under the "ADD TO CART" button "This item can only ship within the contiguous U.S. and does not qualify for free shipping. " We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can work to make this more clear for customers.
