"I bought a motor to elevate the hardtop convertible of my 2012 Infiniti G37. It was installed in late October and used four times until it stopped working in early February. I got 4 top elevations out of it for $880. I requested a replacement motor from the company and they absolutely refused. No negotiation, apology, offer of 50% off or anything. This is the antithesis of standing behind your product. I am a doctor and I try to stand behind my product when patients are unhappy with outcomes."
