"I placed an order in December and the items were confirmed and paid for. Then I received an email telling me the main item was not available and I would need to choose something else. I just told them to cancel the order. Imagine my surprise when, about a week later, the other items showed up. They are telling me they cannot cancel orders due to how they are shipped - say what? It is okay for them to cancel items from my order but I cannot cancel it? They refuse to allow a return and refuse any kind of adjustment. I will never buy from them again."
