"Three months after buying living room set, the store still hasn't delivered what I ordered. Whenever I call the 800 line to ask, I'm told they need to contact a vendor and "someone" will contact me when they know. They've been telling me that for over a month and I have yet to get a call from anyone! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else."
