"Before making my purchase of the phone card, there was no mention of a phone call to come within "5 minutes" of completing my purchase. Had there been, I would not have made the purchase after midnight my time. When this phone call came, it was almost 30 minutes later and the person could not be understood. This person continued to call me back about 6 times: I guess trying to get a better connection. Never could understand the person. Since it was after 1:30 AM my time, I took the phone off the hook and went to bed. Luckily my pin was in an email the next day."
