"Very pleased with the style...look...quality of the bags. They really updated the look of my 1997 Valkyrie. I got the look and soft lines of leather with the security of a hard side bag. I was not pleased with the attitude of customer service personnel concerning and out of stock item that I called about. I guess that he was having a bad day!"
