Dell does not honor your order and promotions, even with a screenshot of the order
"I have both notes, screenshots, and other customers who show a promotion being available at the time of purchase. Dell would not honor the sale. Their customer service agents were unable to read correctly or review all the provided information, lacking basic reasoning or ability to read documentation. A supervisor was no better."
Item ordered, then a backorder, then 4-6 weeks of unknown if order will be fulfilled - Cancelled after 1 month with no contact and no reason

I purchased a pair of Surface Pro 7+'s on 2 separate orders. 1 Order is either cancelled or shipped, I've gotten emails saying both at the same time, and emails saying that my order was cancelled, and then a follow up email asking me to review my new Surface Pro since I should have received it.
The 2nd order, is currently in backorder, I've been told three times that the order is placed and I will get it or it will be shipped first week of June, 6 weeks after I ordered it. It was "in stock" when I bought it on April 22 (first order) and 23 (second order), but both went backorder the next day. The frustrating thing is that I can't check order status, because when I login, I get asked to call customer service, I've done that three times, and it doesn't get rid of the message to call customer service when I login.
The best part is, they have confirm that the order will be fulfilled, but they keep telling me to call back a week or 2 before first week of June to check. That means I can't buy accessories because I don't know if I will actually get my tablet."
"I tried to checkout 3 or 4 times using Chrome. Logged in and logged out and it would let me enter all my information and then it wouldn't actually process the order. I had to switch over to Edge to get the order processed. Hopefully there isn't 4 orders of the same kind."
Wouldn't take my credit card that I have used daily for 6 years
