"I wish I didn't even have to give a star. I placed my order on October 20th, paid for express shipping to have it delivered on October 23rd. I got my order but the main item, the leotard, was not in the package. I called to complain and ask for the refund since I now have to go and find the leotard somewhere else. The customer service gal informed me that they are only refunding the leotard and half of the express shipping. What POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE you have!!! Please take the miserable $7 you're refunding for your aggravating mistake, that's not how you're supposed to fix your mistake. I now have to go and rush to get the missing item elsewhere for tomorrow. To make matters worse, she said they're refunding my money in TWO WEEKS!! I work in the customer service industry and can't believe there are companies like yours out there!"
