Crap - they obviously don't care about customers. Laptop diagnostic tells me battery is at end of life - as delivered to me by Dell!!
"Just ordered a Dell Latitude 7280 from Dell refurbished. The battery life was poor so I checked with the onboard Dell diagnostic software and their own software tells me the battery is at end of life. In the 4 days I've had it, the original 60Wh battery has gone from a high of 28 Watthrs to 23 Watthrs of capacity.
They're obviously content to ship out crap - buyer beware. At least Amazon guarantees 80% battery capacity.
Otherwise laptop is decnt, buit battery might as well have been missing...."
