Dropship shop selling bootlegs via Aliexpress
"I ordered an anime collectible, and what arrived was a cheap knockoff. Trying to get a refund was met with resistance, and only after I posted my honest review, was I offered a refund, in exchange for taking down my review. The shop sells a bunch of Naruto and other anime related things, but none of it is officially licensed. Doing more reseach will show Viz Media is trying to block this shop from selling bootleg products from their license. This site lists all the requests by Viz Media against Hokage Store: https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/18123620 . The way this shop works, they do not actually stock any products. When you place an order, it is sent to a dropship service that sends a product using a vendor from Aliexpress/Alibaba, and Hokage Store pockets the difference. None of the goods will be authentic or official products. If you confront them about it in the email, they will state they "never claimed to sell official products" and that their make their own "high quality replicas" and try to deny their connection to AliDropship. This store only sells knockoff and bootleg products from China. If you support the creators of Naruto, do not shop here. If you are looking for bootleg items, you can get it cheaper via ebay or directly from AliExpress, skip this middleman dropship shop.

I finally got my refund but I am leaving this review for anyone shopping at this store. If you support the creators of Naruto, do not shop here. If you still want to buy knockoff goods, there are cheaper places.
Update 2:
Hokage Store is still trying to deny the dropship from Aliexpress. Meanwhile, there are articles on the web about how this store is a "very successful Alidropship story." Wow, so honest."

BBTS is too big for their own good
"I think this is a good shop, but they have grown to a point where their customer service cannot keep up with their sales. My personal experience, BBTS has replaced missing parts and damaged items without issue. I find their shipping handling to be quite slow though. When you order something on Monday, it might not ship until next Wednesday. They do carry a lot of things that other toy collectibles stores do not, but their prices are not always the best. The website navigation could be improved. It is a trusted store and I have confidence shopping there."
