"Purchased a Professional Business Monitor. It arrived with a piece broken off in the monitor shaking around. I started my return online, but did not receive confirmation of a pick up. I called customer service for the 1st of many times. I believe I called India each time. I received an email with a Return Authorization. After sitting home 2 days waiting for Fedex to pick up, I called and they have no record of a pick up. I called Dell numerous times and they insist it is being picked up that day. It is still sitting here in the box. I have a dispute with the credit card company. Would never purchase from them again!!!!!"
