"I purchased one pair of glasses w/ high index lenses and had a horrible horrible experience. The frames were so stretched out they wouldn't stay on my face and the lenses were the thickest and heaviest I have EVER seen. My current glasses do not have high index lenses are are probably half the thickness. The customer service was horrible as well. They refused to honor their guarantee and I ended up having to stop payment on my credit card and send the glasses back. Save yourself the time and energy and buy glasses in the US."
