"The product came quickly. However, it did not include a User Manual. The only insert was a Quick Install Card. I don't know if this was Telecom Spot's fault or the manufacturer's. Also, Telecom Spot was advertising a rebate for this product, and I don't have a rebate card in my package. How am I supposed to take care of the rebate? Or was there ever truly one to begin with?"
