"I researched for a few months before deciding to take the plung and purchase a vinyl cutter. I researched again and found a great community forum hosted by uscutter that will help you with any questions you have about your cutter. The forum has a nice bunch of people and even the tech support visit the forum and usually help you right there and give out their phone numbers for you to contact them directly or they will call you if you have any tech support questions. I have only had my cutter for a few days now and I have only used the pen to plot somethings to test. So far it is great. It came very quickly and I received the FedEx tracking number the day it was shipped. It was packed very well and had no problems with assembly. I highly recommend uscutter for your budget vinyl cutter and supplies.. A++++
