"The water heater was purchased as an upgrade to the 6 gal old unit, which had given out. The ease of install, which I did myself and the added comfort we now have is awsome. This is not the first major item I have purchased from American RV, and if needed will not be the last. I live 500 yard away from a major RV supplier, and I purchase from one 1200 miles away."
