"I have read several other reviews about ShopStormComputer in Washington and they sound just my problem.Ordered early mon. and get a nice confirmation email right away. My visa was charged that day no delay there. But after Five emails and two voice messages back to them all I have is that nice confirmation email. The order was still pending according to (my account) on their website. Gave them till noon the 5th day to contact me if not cancel the order. Sent email to cancel order then called visa to dispute and reclaim funds. This is the first I have had a problem on line. Guess it would be a good idea to check these posting before using a unknow co."
