"The item is fine, my issue is with the order process. My order was canceled because of a credit verification issue or something like that, but I was never told this. I called in to check on the status of the order as it was time sensitive. I was told that the credit department canceled the order and typically they don't notify customers when this happens. This is a big problem. Why can't they notify customers? They did give me free overnight shipping to make up for the lost time on my new order, but that shouldn't have happened in the first place."
