Darrel Exceeded My Expectations...
"When ordering a desktop internal hard drive, I screwed up the order, picking one that was almost identical to the hard drive I really wanted. An honest mistake. I then used Newegg's automated return system to generate an RMA, but I wasn't 100% sure of the RMA specs and wanted to talk through the circumstances of my order with an actual person. Through customer service, I connected with Darrel Hernandez, who immediately walked me through all the details of my RMA. Ultimately Darrel agreed that my order and subsequent refund request was not as "cut and dry" as the automated system had made them out to be. In short, he was well-informed, conversational, professional and friendly: qualities that are not always evident in customer service calls."
