Worst experience on their website - it’s the worst
"Last night I made an order on fabulous furs.com and never received an email to confirm. I checked in the morning and still no email, then went on the website and it wasn’t on my orders - so I called customer service at which time they could not find anything, however, they had no idea what my account was as they had no access to the website account to verify???? Really??? They advised me to call my bank to see if the order went through on my credit card but no ability to see it on their end? Beyond horrible business practice, no point in having a customer service as no ability to service website customers - had to go to bank - a nightmare"
