"Very dissatisfied. At first they wouldn't allow me to ship to an address different from the billing address because that address wasn't on the credit card account. They sent me an email asking to put the shipping address on the credit card account and to reply back with the phone number of the credit card company, so I did. After a week of no reply, I called them up and they said they haven't received my email and that they would be able to send it out today if I gave him the info over the phone so I did. Now I'm confused to all hell of the shipping. I paid for 1-2 day shipping, the guy on the phone said 3-5 days, and the email he sent after the address was verified said 4 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS!!! These people do not seem to have any organization/coordination. Even if buy.com has the cheapest price for a product, trust me, don't buy it from them."
"A NIGHTMARE! Not only was this company impossible to contact once they gave me an incorrect tracking number, with an incorrect reply-to address, but once I finally received my monitor, it was poorly packaged, had broken pieces on the bottom, and the image was so blurry it was unreadable (tested on multiple PCs on several resolutions). I could only get my money back, but hopefully you can avoid them altogether."
