"I had a great experience with YardandPool.com. Order confirmation was delivered within 3 minutes of the order. I was contacted the next day telephonically and was informed that some of what I ordered was on back order. I asked them to send the products that I ordered and ship the remainder when they received it. The remainder was shipped one week sooner than they stated that it would be in. As soon as I received what was to be the remainder, I noticed some things missing. Before I could contact them, they contacted me once again, telephonically and advised me of the error and stated they had already shipped what was left out via FedEx and it arrived the next day. Very courteous and respectful. This was one of the best transactions that I ever had. I will be ordering from them again! :)"
