"I ordered an AC adapter for my notebook computer. It shipped the same day and email communications were good about the order. However, I am dissatisfied with the adapter. First, the picture on the website looked like the original adapter but it doesn't look like the adapter that I received. Furthermore, the power rating is a bit lower than the original unit. I'm actually wondering if I was sent the wrong adapter and have contacted the seller. I contacted customer service and after about three days I received an email that suggested that I call customer service. I've decided that I can live with this adapter as is and am not pursuing any remedy."

"Excellent company. Best price I found for a Nikon D70 that was not a rip off operation. Ordered it on the weekend, they shipped Monday, and I received it just as ordered on Wednesday.
Followed it up with an order for a Nikon speedlight. They were out of stock, though the web site showed it as available. Nevetheless, it was shipped out within four days. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future."
