"Bought a Antec 850W Power Supply and after 10 hours of use it no longer works. The stores is closed so I can't get a refund."

"Took a reasonable amount of time to receive it and then the shipping box and inside of the box were severely damaged. The product box should have been protected if there was adequate packaging, but there wasn't. I immediately sent them 6 pictures of the destroyed unit and packaging. I told them I needed this unit for a wedding that was happening in 8 days. They refused to immediately send out a new unit until they received the old one. Their return postage took 5 days to get it back to them. Then the return process took 5-7 business days and their shipping another week. So it was 2 weeks late from the time I needed it."

"Made an order on 2/15/11 and they said my credit card didn't work. Tried again on 2/16/11 with a different card. Got an email on 2/18/11 saying my ordwer was on hold. I tried emailing all four of their customer support emails and no one replies. Tried calling their support phone number and no one ever answers the phone. Also no option to leave message. It's 2/25/11 and still no communication with cellhut. Will soon be reporting them to the BBB."

"It took them over 3 weeks to mail an item that was supposed to be in stock. Then the shipping took a whole extra week. So start to finish the process took one month. Would never do business with again. They did reach out to reconcile and accredited my cc $20 as an apology so I'm revising my rating from 1 to 3. Now this same Jacob guy keeps calling me every day, twice a day pestering me. He keeps begging for me to also change the wording of my review. That was never part of the $20 deal. Hopefully you guys learn from your mistakes and perform better in the future. Jacob, quit calling me and quit emailing me. Your harassment is way overboard."
