"Had these folks build an ASUS UX301LA-DH71T laptop for my wife. I wanted Win 7 installed without the ASUS bloatware. It is running very smooth with no problems. I wanted something for her that would last for the next five to ten years. I realize technology will surpass the laptop in about three years, but she is not a techy like me. I am confident this laptop will stand the test of time.
The support staff was excellent through the whole process. Any questions were promptly answered in the online status page. I have used these online status pages with other companies who don't really care about the customer. Not the case with Xotic PC. These folks had an answer for my questions the very next day, and one time the same day.
It took a little while for them to ship the laptop, but I would rather wait and have quality product. They do a 'burn-in' test to ensure there are not any 'glitches' in the laptop. It is worth the wait. Quality before quantity.
I would recommend Xotic to anyone who wants a quality PC or Laptop built to certain specs. Quality product and good service. What more can you ask for?!

"This is the third or fourth order I have placed with SVC. These guys are great! Lower prices, pretty good selection, and fast shipment. I will always shop at SVC before looking at thier compeditors. Only time I buy elsewhere is when SVC is out of stock or doesn't have what I am looking for. Thank you SVC, Tony."
