"I placed an order with MyShoeStore.com on 1-20-08. My credit card was charged on 1-22-08. OK, I started checking on their website using my order number at about two weeks with no information available other than what was stated in their confirmation email. I emailed their CS and got an automated email stating, "We will respond to your email personally within 5 business days." That's ridiculous! I gave them 5 days and this morning I sent an email telling them to cancel the order and refund my CC immediately. The response,"We will respond to your email personally within 5 business days." Do not order from them, run, run like the wind. UPDATE: I just received this email; In reference to your order # 153870, placed on 1/20/2008, this order has been cancelled. Please retain this e-mail as confirmation that your order has now been cancelled. Your refund will post to your credit card within 30 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Kind regards, LordJohnsFootwear.com MyShoeStore.com UPDATE 3-3-08 I decided to contact the New Hampshire Attorney General after reading all of your complaints. They are in the process of investigating and I would encourage any of you that have had problems to contact them.
