"I wanted to purchase an engraved knife for my son's promotion, but time was running out. Melissa went out of her way to help me select a knife that would suit my needs and be available in time. Her kindness, efficiency and professionalism made the shopping experience easy and successful. BTW the knife was exactly as promised, including the beautiful engraving.
