"They are excellent with taking your order. Then you get a note about the day your car will be picked up and the day it will be delivered. We then called them and got no help. Information on the trucker and their contact information was wrong. I asked if we should get a call from the trucker the day before so we would know about what time the car would be picked up. Their person explained that more than likely the truck would break down so it may be the next day. This is before I told them who I was. Thankfully the trucker called me at 6PM on the day it was to be picked up and was great the rest of the way. That was on a Friday night. Montway called Monday morning and was following up if the car got picked up.... Trucker again was great on the florida delivery."
