"I also ordered a Panasonic Microwave from them directly over Black Friday. Their website was "down" so you could not track your order. When I called in asking for status(after 4 business days), they said they had no tracking available. Right after I got off the phone with them, I get an instant email with my tracking number. That is so shady and unprofessional. I then receive the microwave and there is a huge Hole in the box(big enough to fit my hand in) and I can feel a dent on the microwave. I have not opened it yet. I called Panasonic and EMAILED them pictures to let them know. They send me a RMA email saying I have to pay for shipping to ship it back to them and there will be a 15% restocking fee. What the heck, what a rip off. They send me a damaged item and them want me to pay to send it back and get charged a fee for it. I will never USE THEM NEVER. DO NOT USE PANASONIC to order from directly, they are rip-offs."
