"From the website the Xiaomi bands should be delivered in 7 to 14 days.(Estimated delivery: 7-14 days) Till now it has been 8 weeks and I have still not recieved the bands. The tracking history has not updated since 07.05.2015. After email ping pong for 4-5 emails still no refund although Allbuy has "full refunde promise" promise. My last mail an the customer service was actually neglected.
I have no more interest to deal with the Allbuy customer service and complain directly at paypal and request for the refund.
Very dissapointed."
