"Dishonest online merchant with poor customer service. Bought biking equipment and received invoice with one amount but then found later that I was charged a different amount on my credit card. Customer service was unapologetic and reluctant to give back credit. I refuse to do business with Nashbar again. Stay away from them. Also, avoid Performancebike.com as they are under the same management."
