For Friends
"We recently went on a trip with some friends and deiced to keep that moment with a picture of us friends. Finding, setup, selection, and purchase was just as easy as that slapping the "THAT WAS EASY" button! Shipping was fast too, but that's no where they lost a star. The way the pictures were packaged together were taped to one another (the Canvas prints). trying to remove the overzealous tape job was a royal pain azz, since I did not want to remove the shrink wrap since we were sending them to our friends as a gift.
Please find a better way to keep items from moving in the box without taping the **** out of the pictures.

Wrong product
"I order a new ball, shipping was OK, but when i received it it had the wrong ball from what I ordered. I called to let them know and they offered to get me the correct one, but i already made an appointment to have the ball drilled for my next game. i asked for it to be next day and they would ship it overnight for a discounted price, but the mix up was on their end and unwilling to accommodate if i did not chipped in for the shipping ($10 off of $50). Their packing department couldn't even notice that the ball (Brunswick) was not what was ordered (Hammer) on the packing list...talk about no quality insurance and owning up to their mistake! bad customer relation model!
Once i receive the correct ball (guess we will see if their packing dept will double check the packing list) I WILL NOT purchase from them again."
