"I normally use the website for ordering but it is becoming slow and difficult to see the type written text on the sight (The typed fields are a very light grey text). Also the cost of shipping is higher than other re-sellers and at times caused a few cancelled orders because the shipping made the purchase too expensive."

Glenn, We looked into the slow site issue, and you were right. We had an issue with our partner that helps us gather the reviews that are left, so literally you leaving this review is what caused the slow activity on our site. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that, we have fixed the issue and it should be running much smoother. When you're getting ready to purchase, if the cost of shipping seems too high please contact us so we can take a look at it. Our site is linked directly with UPS so the quote is coming from them, but that doesn't mean mistakes don't happen. We like to know if things are not looking right on your end.
