"Complex registration procedures to install transfer software for SSD installation. Registartion as described will still not activate software. Online help desk just sends you to videos that have no relation to problem.
When trying to use and follow software instructions it just says activate software. Follow instructions and get same results.
When trying to E Mail to them online, enter/CR key while typing forwards the message before it is complete (instead of a send box to click when done).
Very frustating."
