"Purcased a Garmin Rino 655t along with a bunch of accessories for the Rino. I ordered from this web site because it offered a better view of accessories available for the unit I purchased. Not all accessories were shipped, even though I was billed for them. Order was shipped incomplete. I was billed for items which were not shipped, now I have to resolve the error. Extremely unsatisfied with this order. Attached is the online chat transript recorded when I tried to resolve this issue. Remember, I'm the customer who has been billed and paid for the item which was not shipped. Your response is outstanding and is being captured via email..... 9:16:18 PM: Hal: The least I would expect is confirmation that the item paid for is being shipped expedited freight, as it was not included in the original order. 9:18:08 PM: support: We rarely make mistakes. Most likely it fell off while you were opening a package or is stuck under the flap on the bottom of the box. It is very very small. I'm almost sure you will be able to find it if you look again. However if not, I'll check with shipping department and general manager and with their approval we will ship you another card.
