Terrible customer service
"This company is the worst company I have ever bought anything from online. They asked me to approve a design twice, and after I indicated that I had already approved it once and I didn't want to be charged twice they seemingly ignored my email and put in the second order charging my account twice anyway. (Also I received the lanyards in a completely different color than what appeared in the photo online, so I didn't want them anyway) and when I went to ask them why I was charged twice they DENIED that I had been charged twice. Said that despite my credit statement, they only charged me once. They were very rude and unhelpful. Two days later I received the second order that they denied having ever charged me for and denied having sent me. These were the same incorrect color. seriously? I emailed them to complain and the only response I received was "ship them back and we will refund." As if that's a great solution for me at this point. I'm not paying for shipping."
