"I bought a charger for my Macbook from YESPAINTING. It stopped working short after arrival. YESPAINTING promised to send me a new one (guarantee). However I did not receive anything. So I wrote YESPAINTING again and again and YESPAINTING kept promising and ensuring that they would solve it. “Wait for just a couple more days” YESPAINTING asked me in their last mail. "We are with you on this" and stuff like that. I now understand why they kept pushing me to wait for some more days... . This was the moment after which I could not file a complaint on ebay anymore. They immediately stopped answering my emails after that and blocked me from their shop (probably so I could not give feedback). They offer bad service and they lie to their customers. I have bought a lot on ebay and this is my first negative feedback. This is not a way to deal with your paying customers YESPAINTING!!!"
