"Ordered a Hard Drive and a CPU they shipped the order the same day and I got it the very next day! Everything was packaged very well not a chance this order was getting damaged.
They had the best price I found online for what I ordered very happy with everything about the process, the site layout is nice though I do have a little trouble with navigation,but everything is very descriptive, prices are excellent and you can't beat the free shipping deals."

"Extremely fast shipping I ordered my drive 5pm on Tuesday and got it before noon on Wednesday!
Could not ask for better service!
Item was even packaged well enough to ship across the US, in my case it was just another County, but it looked like care was taken to ensure no damage to the product.

"This was my second order with geeks.com the first one was fine, the second I received the wrong item. It seems to be a trend reading some of the other reviews.
When I called and told them I had received the wrong item they had no more in stock. So I asked for a refund since there were no other items that I was interested in.
In any event the return and everything went fine, however I did not like the fact my shipping charges were not refunded as well. Regardless of what their webpage says. THEY screwed up the order not me, so I should have gotten every dime I spent there back. Just something that other online companies I shop with would do (but they have yet to screw an order up).
The refund process with them is slow and I doubt I will shop there again. They had a chance to win over a new customer but instead I am sticking to the ones I already use.
UPDATE:
I was contacted by Customer service regarding the un-refunded amount and received my refund in full.
Still doubt I would purchase from them, but it's good to see that customer service is not totally dead."
