"Awful packing! They always pack items terrible and products arrive crushed, scraped and looking like the UPS truck ran them over. When you call or email for a replacement, they tell you they do not guarantee mint condition. I am not looking for mint- but I am looking for something that doesn't look like trash.
My latest complaint for the order was responded to by a manager who was very rude and asked if I was a collector in a derogatory way."
