"We ordered some bar furniture on 11/15/2012. The page says the usual ship time is 7-14 days. The first week of December, we called to find out the status (after 2 weeks) and was told they would ship that week. They did not. Another 10 days went by and we called again, and was told they had not shipped but would ship the following business day. They did not. We then sent an email asking to cancel the order which they did not. They finally shipped the order 7 weeks later despite us canceling, and would not do anything about it.
We don't want the order anymore, and we just want our money back for goods we have not received. $1100. Shouldn't be a big deal. We understand backorders and delays, but we were flat out lied to --TWICE-- by their customer service reps."
