"I bought a selfie stick, when it arrived I was so happy I took it out of the box it was beautiful. I charged it for 1 hour, it won't turn on, charged for 2 hours, still won't turn on, charged for 3 hours then four hours then overnight, but it still won;t turn on, I called GearXS, they were extremely helpful and offered me a replacement immediately without having to return the defective one. Great. I received the second one, and it was exactly as bad as the first one. Called GearXS again, and immediately offered me a refund. Excellent customer service. Bad product. I definitely will order from GearXS again, but not that selfie stick."
