"Even though I did not speak with anyone, I consider a lack of functionallity with website an aspect of customer service. Twice I signed up for notices etc about store, and I was supposed to be sent a code for $10 off a $50 purchase. Both times I busied myself around my office for over 15 minutes growing more and more frustrated. I spent over $70 here and only got less than half of what I need, I have to go back to ebay to look for the rest of the stuff being sold at BARGAIN prices. I should have bought this stuff there too. I feel guilty to my husband already."

"I hate to have to mark somewhat dissatisfied, but the very first time I used one of my detail brushes from the brush kit, gently washed it and dried it, it just snapped in two parts. Right above where the metal holds the wood onto the brush. I know it was supposed to be a value, but almost $30 for seven tiny brushes is not cheap to me. I keep fearing that the others will break and I'm just generally depressed and afraid to use any of them. Things are just going wrong for me in every way, this was not a good omen."
