"BEWARE!!!
I placed an order on 3/18/14. Charge did not go through, supposedly because the billing address and the shipping address were different. I called back on 3/19 and tried again. This time the charge went through. At no time was I able to check the status of the order online. I emailed their sales department on 4/3/14 and received a reply that stated that the company is going through a change of ownership and did not know when they would be shipping orders. I gave it a few more days, and emailed them on 4/9, again on 4/11 and 4/21/14 requesting cancellation of the order and credit to my card, and have not received any response. Phone call at 5 p.m. EDT on 4/21 resulted in a message that the store was closed even though their hours are supposedly till 6 p.m. Eastern.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME."
