"This was my first order from Ruelala and I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again. Yeah, the deals seem great, but after over two weeks, they email me telling me that the order cannot be fulfilled. I ordered a winter coat and forwent buying other ones and asking for one for X-mas, never considering that the order would not be fulfilled. I was left having to pay full price for something that I barely enjoy wearing. To their defense they credited my account $50, but what's the point of having a credit to use if I can't depend on an order being fulfilled? Disappointing. I'll be sticking to their competitors in the future as I've not had any such issues."
"Guys here are very knowledgeable about the specific car I have (Audi). Everything is always as I order it and they never try to upsell me when I call an order in. I've found cheaper parts elsewhere, but I'm done with trying to buy at the cheapest place and not getting what I expect which is OEM, quality parts."
"Got a great price on my part, however, this part was not OEM as the sales rep over the phone indicated. I decided to try to install anyways and 1 - the headlight itself in the housing was loose and the fitment didn't align properly. When I called to return it, they told me they would send over a shipping label. Never did. I called them back and they apologized and told me they would send me another shipping label. NEVER DID. I finally called a third time and insisted on speaking to a supervisor. I finally received a shipping label. Now that it's past the return period, I have a feeling this guys will reject my return. This was not worth it to dave a few bucks.**Update on return situation 8/21/09 - I had to call them to get a credit back (which still hasn't hit my account). At first they said they never got the part, then when I spoke to teh supervisor (Norm), he said that they did receive the part and they should issue a credit within the next couple business days. Three days go by and no credit. I call back to talk to another supervisor and he says for some reason they never processed the credit. He says they will put this credit at the top of their list and I should expect to have it this afternoon. He also stated that they are very behind on their credits (almost insinuating that they don't have enough cash to issue all the credits that they owe back.) We'll see if I get this credit today. If I were anyone, I would steer completely clear of this site. WHAT AN ORDEAL."
