"JeGem's offers jewelry of consistently high quality, excellent craftsmanship, and unique characteristics - items you cannot fine at your usual chain store. Prices are competitive, and shipping is extremely fast and secure - I've been ordering from the company for 4 1/2 years, and made nine purchases, all of which have been very satisfactory. Customer service is sometimes a bit sluggish to get a hold of, but that's a price I'm willing to pay for nice, special jewelry at a good value."
