"I lowered my rating for myotcstore customer service as my “discount reward” was not applied to my order. Customer service was sent an email explaining that the reward amount was not applied when the order was submitted; a response email was sent to me from myotcstore stating the reward amount would be applied to the invoice. The discount showed up on the screen, however, when the order was submitted, it reverted back to the amount “before” the discount reward. If you’re going to offer discounts for “dollars” spent it should be applied automatically to the respective order, or don’t advertise that discount award dollars will be received. Very frustrating!"
