"Ordered a 50 ft HDMI cable. It died after 5 and a half months. Asked for a new one after 6 months 3 days. Dave gave me a big run around, not refusing , but not giving me one either.

- poor quality ( not many parts to go on an HDMI cable)
- Terrible customer service ( Could not just say "no we will not give you a new one" Instead they stringed me out with a lot of "we will get back to you's" )"
