"After paying 2 times, because posting the actual fee would scare you off, but instead they do a bait and switch on you. They tell you pay $28 in USD now. They then tell you IT can be unlocked but to do so in another $55 USD. Heck for $10 more they will FAST TRACK YOU too. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them and asked what was going on since the meter said 100 percent, they replied that it should be unlocked in 2-5 days, LOL after its been 2 weeks, they can not even get their lies right. Anyway I asked for a refund and was told to wait 30 days, 31 days past and I get this nice email:
Your unlock has been unsuccessful. We respectfully have to inform you that your iPhone 11/Pro/Max (353895107859320) locked to Verizon USA is unfortunately marked by the carrier as barred/blocked/in-contract/financed/unpaid bills. A handset can be blocked for non payment of bills, bad ESN, contract issues, or the carrier may simply refuse to unlock as the handset is financed. As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances.
So bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS."
